Quality Audio offers a 30 Day policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help.
Please call our returns department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Of course, some limitations and restrictions apply.
