Our Guarantee
Quality Audio offers a 30 Day policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help. Please call our returns department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Of course, some limitations and restrictions apply. Please contact your account manager for details.
Payment Methods
Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Quality Audio Inc.
Credit Cards — We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Company Checks — We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.
International Orders
There is a minimum order of $50.00 for all international orders
All international orders must be paid by wire transfer or money order, our system does NOT accept international credit cards, or paypal
